Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented
Data Entry Clerk
to support our administrative and data management tasks. In this role, you will input, update, and maintain accurate records, ensuring data consistency and reliability across the organisation. This position is ideal for someone who is organised, efficient, and comfortable working with digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, review, and update data in internal systems with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and organise digital and physical records as required.
  • Verify information, identify discrepancies, and correct errors promptly.
  • Support administrative tasks such as document preparation and file management.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient data processes.
  • Generate simple reports or summaries when needed.
