About the Role

This role would suit someone looking to work part time in our glorious great outdoors over the summer period.

As a Cleansing Team Member, you will maintain the cleanliness and enhance the appearance of outdoor spaces for local open space parks, gardens, reserves and roadsides. This hands-on position involves outdoor cleaning tasks, ensuring our environments are pristine and inviting.

  • Perform cleaning tasks such as blowing, raking, sweeping, pressure washing, and litter removal.
  • Maintain cleanliness of walkways, pavements, and outdoor structures.
  • Assist in preparing sites for events or activities by ensuring cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Litter picking and rubbish collection
  • Conduct Playground inspections
  • Graffiti removal
  • Cleaning bins, bubblers and BBQs
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

About You

Experience in outdoor cleaning is ideal but not essential. If you have a can-do attitude and willingness to learn, we will provide full training.

  • A manual driver's license is advantageous
  • Physically fit, reliable, punctual and hard-working
  • Enjoy working as part of a team
  • A White Card and WWCC are both essential for this position
