About The Job
Located out of our Melbourne office, this is a role where you can design the job to suit you. Deliver projects in an exciting and unique field. You will not be tied to a desk; after the design work comes the commissioning.
This role will primarily serve our Aviation Fuels clients and is critical in our quest to successfully execute growth across our client base throughout Australasia.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Be a Self-motivated Professional Electrical Engineer With a Keen Interest In Aviation And Aerospace, Eligible For Membership Of Engineers Australia And Have 2 Years Experience After Graduation In
- Process Control systems electrical engineering design,
- AutoCAD 2D design drafting
- PLC network implementation and configuration.
- Application of AS/NZS 60079-series of standards,
- Working with multi-disciplined teams on both small and large projects.
Alternatively we'll consider a recent graduate with heart, desire and an innate ability to both learn quickly and to apply a wide variety of concepts and ideas to solving engineering problems. Out-of-the-box thinking is encouraged at Norton Consultants.
Since this is a niche role, we don't expect you to be an expert - we will train you. A competitive salary package will be negotiated with the selected candidate commensurate with their skills.
