R.E.N Machinery has served the Gippsland Farming community since 1948 and been under the current management since 2013. We are a major dealer of Fendt, Massey Ferguson & Iseki tractors and machinery brands such as Lemken, Pottinger, Gilrap and Duncan Ag. As we continue to grow our business, we're continually seeking team members who are pro-active, diligent and enjoy interacting with their co-workers & our customers.

We are currently seeking the services of someone with mechanical aptitude to join our team. If you are someone who enjoys tinkering with machinery and has an affinity to the ag sector please read on.

Job Requirements:

  • Assembling and pre-delivery inspections of tractors and our range of agricultural machinery.
  • Fitting accessories to new and used tractors and machinery includig options from manaufacturer and local options.
  • Presenting these machines in impeccable condition to the end user.
  • Assisting in loading and unloading tractors and machinery from trucks and trailers.
  • General yard maintenance including cleaning and reapirs.
  • Detailing new and used machinery including cleaning, wax removal, and touch up with paint.
  • Being prepared to go that extra mile to meet deadlines when required.
  • Supporting the sales & service departments.
  • Actively promoting health & safety at all times.
  • Maintaining a clean, friendly and organised work environment.

Your required skill set:

  • Mechanical qualification not required but a major advantage.
  • An affiliation or passion with the Ag Industry would also be a mojor benefit.
  • Physically fit and healty, this job will demand phyical work in a safe manner.
  • You will be a team player with a positive attitude, you are accountable, adaptable & ethical.
  • You take pride in your work and achievements.
  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Good skills in managing your time efficiently and knowing when to prioritise workflow.
  • Current driver's licence essential, a forklift or truck licence is an advantage.
  • Both in house & factory-based training will be available for the right person
