Wait Staff

required:

  • Able to demonstrate efficient knowledge and skills of restaurant table service
  • Have a minimum of two years previous experience in similar role
  • Have a fair knowledge of wine and beverages
  • Hold a current RSA
  • Available to work dinner services
  • 10-20 hours per week immediate start with the prospect of extra shifts leading into and over the summer period.

Bar Staff:

required:

  • Have a minimum of two years previous experience in similar role
  • Have a strong knowledge and skills in mixing cocktails
  • Hold a current RSA
  • Efficient in managing the operation of the bar through service and end of day pack down
  • Available to work dinner services
  • 15-20 hours per week
