**About Us**

Our Restaurant Tasman offers a locally influenced à la carte menu for dinner service. We also have a busy buffet breakfast service which is popular with both inhouse guest and the locals.

We also have our Atrium Bar which has the best views in Hobart. We offer a locally inspired all-day menu and feature the best of Tassie’s boutique whiskies, gins, wines, beers and ciders. Oh and we can’t forget about our infamous Afternoon Tea by the Waterfront. The Atrium Bar really is the place to be

**About you**

Well to start with, you love all things food and beverage You’ll be the type of person who gets excited tasting a new local gin, or when the Chef tells you what they’re going to do with our local produce.

You’re probably working in Food and Beverage currently and are ready for the next step in a in a supportive environment, surrounded by a team who love what they do and will coach and guide you through your new role.
