MULTI-SITE MANAGER – NSW (Inner West Sydney, Greater Western Sydney, South Western Sydney)

Fast Future Brands is a fashion retailer consisting of 2 established brands in Australia and New Zealand - Valleygirl and Mirrou.

With over 70 stores across Australia and New Zealand, our fashion forward brands will continue to offer affordable clothing and accessories that are sophisticated and on trend. We are constantly bringing in new items to our stores daily and are always on the lookout for the newest trends and styles.

A unique opportunity is available to become part of the Fast Future Brands family. We are after an exceptional Multi-Site Manager to manage our Valleygirl stores across NSW.

The primary responsibility is to drive sales and performance and to manage your area as a whole in terms of growth.

To achieve this, your role will include but not limited to:

  • Driving and maximising sales within your area
  • Managing of all stock issues and regular communication with Head Office with stock feedback
  • Responsible for driving operational efficiencies with your stores and to ensure all Company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Responsible for monitoring store rosters and wage expenses
  • Training of staff to develop fully functional in-store teams
  • Conduct performance evaluations and encourage and lead a positive work environment
  • Minimise shrinkage and preventing loss
  • Ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2-3 years retail management experience, preferably in a high volume fast paced fashion environment
  • High communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Time management, planning and organisational proficiency with ability to prioritise deadlines
  • Ability to recognise and react to changing work demands
  • Flexibility with time and travel requirements
  • Have a current Driver licence
