Constantinople is the first of its kind: an all-in-one software and operational platform for banks. We provide our banking clients with a cloud-native infrastructure to host and manage their customers. We offer a comprehensive suite of banking products, together with all operational services needed to run a bank efficiently.

Constantinople's state-of-the-art platform eliminates the need for expensive infrastructure, and replaces manual operational and compliance processes with automation at scale. By removing the operational complexity of banking, Constantinople enables its clients to focus on its customers and the business of banking.

The Role
We're looking for an ambitious Technical Program Manager to help deliver success across our platform. You'll be pivotal in the execution of product development and client implementation activities, working cohesively with product, engineering, legal, compliance, service & operations teams.

A Technical Program Manager at Constantinople will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery whilst being able to adapt to the dynamic nature of life at a start-up.

What You'll Do

  • Lead impactful programs driven by the Constantinople company mission
  • Build roadmaps and create processes to help drive measurable outcomes for our clients
  • Enable cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals
  • Effectively manage changes in project scope, keeping the end-goal in mind
  • Ensure smooth transitions from development to production to customer launch

Who You Are

  • A hands-on, technically driven and execution orientated
  • Have a track record of delivering impact
  • Effectively manage client / stakeholder expectations and operate within regulatory frameworks
  • Have a delivery management toolkit that allows you to work across different types of initiatives and teams
  • Experience with working across multiple programs simultaneously
