About the role

As the first medical contact for our clients, you will guide and explain their health journey and assist the TMRW Integrative healthcare team from a medical / GP perspective. Your role focuses on GP fundamentals, this includes the basics: patient care; digital health phone calls / videocalls; reviewing patient results (pathology, intake questionnaires, imaging etc), requisition of bloods, making referrals and most importantly listening to patient feedback about their unique health and medical needs.  You will provide comprehensive clinical reasoning to allow the formulation of best practise medical protocols which sit within the overall functional health treatment journey for our clients.

You will provide timely, empathetic communication to ensure our clients are connected with the right medical specialist externally and have undertaken the necessary investigative checks.  Acting as a trusted partner, you will help clients feel confident and cared for throughout their journey with TMRW.

Must-Haves
  • Previous experience as a GP, in practise, telehealth or digital health.
  • Confidence in working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity and or curiosity with medical, functional or wellness services.
  • Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem-solver who can handle client needs with care and efficiency.
  • Confident using digital platforms and reading electronic records.
  • Commitment to privacy, confidentiality, and ethical practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust across phone and digital channels.
  • Interest in health, wellness, and proactive care.
