As an Optical Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right eyewear solutions while ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities

  • Assist patients in selecting and fitting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and bookings
  • Perform basic repairs and adjustments to eyewear.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in optical technology.

About You

  • Certification as an Optical Dispenser preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of optical products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
