At Metrospecs, we are dedicated to providing exceptional eye care to our community for over 35 years. As an Optical Dispenser, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized service to our customers, assisting them in selecting the right eyewear solutions while ensuring a seamless experience. This part-time (32 hours a week) position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that values both independence and collaboration.

**Responsibilities**

- Assist patients in selecting and fitting eyewear, including frames, lenses, and contact lenses.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate records and bookings
- Perform basic repairs and adjustments to eyewear.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in optical technology.

**About You**

- Certification as an Optical Dispenser preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of optical products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
