The Role:
We are seeking applications for a Permanent full time Administration Officer to join the Outpatient Administration Coordinator at Northern Health.

This role requires the applicant to demonstrate strong customer service, offer flexibility with their time and be available to work at all Northern Health campuses.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Provide evidence of Administration experience in the health care sector
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Flexibleto work8hrs shifts between 8:00am – 5.30pmMonday to Friday

  • Able to work at all Northern Health sites including

  • The Northern Hospital Epping

  • Broadmeadows Hospital
  • Craigieburn Community Hospital
  • Women's Health Hub
  • Kilmore District Hospital
