Service Advisor / Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Service Manager to join our dealership. This is a hands-on role that will initially combine service advising duties with leadership and operational responsibility for the Service Department. As the department and business continue to grow, the role will evolve into a Service Manager position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide service advising support while overseeing day-to-day service operations
  • Lead, coach and support the service team
  • Monitor service department performance, revenue and expenses
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and promote customer loyalty
  • Recruit, train and develop service department staff
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and Toyota processes
  • Promote a safe working environment and The Toyota Way

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an automotive service environment
  • Experience in a supervisory, leadership or senior service advisor role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team
  • Well organised with strong time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
