Our client is transforming its IT organisation to prepare for a new and exciting focus in 2026. The IT organisation will serve a broad and diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, delivering solutions that reflect hallmarks of quality, future-readiness, results-optimisation, and value.

As part of this transformation, the organisation is being shaped into three divisions: Strategy, Quality, and Delivery. We are seeking a senior operational executive to head the Quality division, leading service delivery QA strategy, testing functions, and the reliability and scalability of underlying platforms.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead product quality strategy, standards, and continuous improvement
  • Oversee QA, testing coverage, and automation functions
  • Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and future-readiness
  • Develop team capability across functional and non-functional testing
  • Provide strong leadership across multi-disciplinary technical teams

Skills & experience required

  • Senior leadership in product quality, testing, or platform reliability
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and quality frameworks
  • Experience managing cross-functional technical teams
  • Strategic and operational delivery expertise
  • Tertiary qualification required
