Role purpose
As a Commercial Insights Coordinator, you will support the Research & Insights team by assisting with data preparation, reporting, and basic analysis tasks. This entry-level role is designed for a recent Commerce/Business graduate or someone beginning their career in commercial and market analysis. You'll gain exposure to a wide range of business functions (most importantly our Leasing and Media teams) and develop foundational skills in data analysis, stakeholder communication, and commercial strategy. Reporting to a Senior Commercial Analyst, you'll be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering insights that drive business decisions.
Key Accountabilities
Data Preparation and Reporting
- Assist in gathering and compiling data and insights from various sources.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data used for analysis and reporting.
Analysis support
- Help with analysis to support commercial decision-making.
- Prepare compelling data packs and presentations to be used by our Leasing and Media teams
- Learn and apply analytical techniques under guidance from senior team members.
Team Coordination
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Research & Insights team.
- Help schedule meetings, track project timelines, and manage documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Experience & Capabilities
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE (what you have done)
- Recent graduate in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Internship or academic project experience involving data analysis or business strategy is a plus.
CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE (what you need to know)
- Basic understanding of commercial principles and financial concepts.
- Familiarity with Excel and introductory data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a data-driven environment.
