Job Role: Tableau Developer

Location: Sydney

Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to migrate existing dashboard, design and deliver modern, interactive dashboards that translate business data into clear, actionable insights. This role involves working with stakeholders to rebuild existing reports and optimise visualisations for performance and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rebuild and modernise existing reports in Tableau, based on legacy reports from platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and data logic.
  • Validate outputs and ensure accuracy across migrated reports.
  • Optimise dashboards for usability, performance, and visual clarity.
    Support user acceptance testing and deployment phases.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in developing dashboards and visual analytics using Tableau.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working with structured data sources.
  • Experience in report migration or dashboard redevelopment projects.
  • Strong focus on data accuracy, business logic, and performance tuning.
    Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
