The Data Analyst is based within the IT team, supporting business stakeholders by finding connections through data mining. Providing the business with insights into the current and likely future behaviour of customers.

This role will support employer strategy which will include customer experience.

The role has a mixture of technical and business focus.

**What will you do?**
- Develop and maintain new/existing Tableau dashboards to support analytical solutions
- Translate data into information; information into knowledge; including the ability to identify data patterns, trends and linkages
- Stakeholder engagement & storytelling

**What do you need?**
- Solid experience with a range of databases including direct marketing and marketing databases
- Solid experience in SQL and Tableau
