SENIOR MERCHANDISER WANTED | Are You the Shelf Superhero We're Looking For?

Location: Parramatta | Pay: $33+ p/hr | Hours: 24–30 per week (with room to grow)

We're on the hunt for a Senior Merchandiser who's more than just punctual and tidy — someone who owns their stores like a boss, loves a challenge, and can turn an ordinary display into a showstopper.

What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Merch Magic Toolkit):
  • Smash planograms, layouts & promotional builds with speed and style.
  • Go above & beyond to create killer off-location displays.
  • Be the face of our brands — build trust with store teams and influence where it counts.
  • Travel across major retailers in Greater Sydney and surrounds (all travel paid).
  • Work closely with our Operations team & clients to deliver big-time results.

  • An achiever who always completes every display and then looks for extra wins.
  • Understand that execution is about results, not just restocking.
  • Presentable, professional, and persuasive — you know how to represent a brand.
  • Thrive under high expectations and feel proud when you smash them.
The Nitty Gritty:
  • Casual ongoing shifts: approx. 24–30 hrs/week
  • $33+/hr (above award, more if you're an absolute superstar)
  • Want more hours? Impress us and grow into full-time (up to 38 hrs)
