The Role

The Department of Defence is the Federal Government's largest landholder, managing over 3 million hectares across the country. Within the Security and Estate Group, Estate Planning plays a critical role—providing the strategic planning framework and guidance for more than 70 major bases, 70 training ranges, and over 800 leased and owned properties. This is the Defence Estate.

In this role, you will contribute to estate analysis and planning outcomes within an integrated workforce, gaining valuable exposure to planning legislation and practices across Australia.
