About the role

We are looking for a professional, personable, and results driven individual to work in our expanding Wills and Estates team. This is a genuine opportunity to take the next step in your career in a highly supportive, large team environment.

  • Interviewing clients and taking instructions;
  • Drafting and amending a range of documents;
  • Professionally liaising with internal and external clients and other stakeholders;
  • Day to day conduct of files;
  • Delegating tasks;
  • Working closely in a team to achieve strategic outcomes.

About you

You will have a genuine passion to make a difference for your clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Wills (simple and complex), Powers of Attorney, Advance Care Directives, and Estate Administration.

  • Have 2+ years PAE practising in wills and estates;
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills;
  • Have the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and long-term clients;
  • Be committed to ongoing learning and development;
  • Have the ability to communicate clearly and concisely;
  • Demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Be driven to achieve results for clients.
