Hayward Street Physio is a boutique, modern practice located in the heart of the Port Macquarie CBD. We are based in a beautifully renovated old house just minutes from the beach.

We pride ourselves on offering a boutique service that is as unique as the building we work in. Surrounded by great cafés and lunch spots, our clinic provides a vibrant, supportive environment for both staff and patients.

Our reputation in the community is built on genuine care, evidence-based practice, and collaboration. We're now looking for another Physiotherapist to join our growing team.

New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply (from $65,000+) – we provide structured mentoring and professional development to support your growth.

Experienced physios can expect $70,000+/year + commission, depending on level of experience.

About the Role
  • Diagnose and treat a diverse musculoskeletal caseloads.
  • Create individualised treatment and management plans.
  • Collaborate within a supportive clinical team.
  • Contribute to ongoing clinic projects, CPD and patient experience initiatives.
  • Grow with us As our clinic expands, we'll support you to explore your own clinical interests, whether that's further study, specialisation, or stepping into leadership and mentoring roles

Who We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and AHPRA registration (new grads welcome)
  • A passionate clinician who wants to grow their career with us.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is passionate about patient-centred care
  • Positive, proactive and keen to stay up to date with current CPD.
  • Organised and detail-focused with good time management
