About the role

Windsor Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Spare Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to join our team in Windsor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales and operations of our busy Toyota dealership.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone, to identify and source the correct Toyota spare parts and accessories
  2. Interpreting technical specifications and part numbers to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  3. Building strong relationships with customers and developing an in-depth understanding of their vehicle and parts needs
  4. Maintaining detailed inventory records and stock levels to optimise availability and minimise back-orders
  5. Collaborating with the service and sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience
  6. Supporting the overall sales and operational objectives of the dealership

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience in a similar spare parts sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to accurately identify and source the correct parts
  4. Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and part numbers
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records
  6. A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to contributing to the success of the dealership
