**ROLE SUMMARY**
**_Spare Parts Counter Service_**
- Share counter sales support to trades for parts and service enquiries
- Establish and maintain long term customer relationships
- Follow up urgent and critical orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide support to the warehouse staff with customer orders
- Maintain stock levels
- Service customer enquiries and orders to uphold high levels of service
- Follow up urgent and critical orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete administrative tasks relating to the orders
- Liaise with internal team members in stores and sales

**THE IDEAL PERSON**
- Understanding of spare parts and mechanical aptitude would be advantageous but not essential
- Experience in a busy retail role or a role that has required high levels of resilience and customer focus
- Good levels of computer literacy
- Ability to multitask and put the customer first
- Spare parts referencing / product resourcing advantageous
- Sound communicator with an excellent telephone manner
- Great interpersonal skills
- Willingness and motivation to work in a team environment
