Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other essential office tools.

Experience with cloud-based job management systems (Simpro experience preferred).

Previous experience in a service or trade-based company.

Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a trades or service-based environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

You'll report directly to the Directors and ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Being the face of Cabsec: Acting as the first point of contact for phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Managing workflows: Entering, maintaining, and overseeing tasks in our job management system (Simpro) from start to finish.
  • Simpro optimization: Leading the management and optimization of our JMS.
  • Raising purchase orders: Managing materials and following up on orders.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service: Ensuring clients receive top-tier support and communication.
  • Payroll preparation: Collating timesheets to ensure smooth payroll processes.
  • General administration: Overseeing day-to-day operations and supporting team efficiency.
  • Driving growth: Being an integral part of our mission to become a leading player in the industry.
