PLI (Powerlift Industries) is a Karratha, Pilbara based leading service provider in the Mining and Resource industries, an expanding business.

We require experienced Crane Operators FIFO ex Perth to join our backfill team on a casual basis for RioTinto across various sites in the Pilbara:

  • 300T Crane Operator
  • 130T Crane Operator
  • 55T Crane Operator
  • 25T Franna Operator

Our Valued Clients:

We have ongoing requirements to service our clients' requests for ad hoc backfill and shutdowns across the Pilbara.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience (mandatory)
  • Excellent attitude to safety
  • Flexible attitude to work within all our crews and to assist with other duties outside your scope
  • Able to Work Autonomously as well in a team
  • Able to follow instructions and show initiative
  • Safety and process-focused, and willing to input and continually improve the process

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proof of Right to work in Australia (mandatory)
  • Current and Valid Australian Drivers Licence (HR or HC class)
  • High Risk Work Licence (CO and RI qualifications)
  • Working at Heights, EWP and LF tickets (highly desirable)
  • Rio Tinto (essential), FMG, BHP, Roy Hill, SINO and Yara inducted (desirable)
  • MSIC (highly desirable)
  • White Card (mandatory)
  • Excellent attitude to safety
  • Flexible attitude to work within all our crews and to assist with other duties outside your scope
  • Successful applicant is required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing
