Abroadly Studio is a product studio dedicated to building high-impact, emotionally intelligent technology. We're searching for a
Lead Engineer or founding CTO
to join a community-based platform that's already gained meaningful traction and is now entering a pivotal growth phase.

This opportunity is not speculative. We're now preparing for scale and deeper platformisation.

Who You Are

You are a systems thinker with a builder's mindset. You've likely led engineering in an early-stage environment or shipped production-ready code across both frontend and backend. You understand infrastructure, API design, security, and team leadership. You want to build something with long-term integrity and cultural relevance.

Ideal experience includes:

  • Building or scaling an MVP into a production platform
  • Backend architecture , Go, or equivalent)
  • Working with privacy-focused APIs or data-sensitive environments
  • Experience with geo-location tools, social networks, or verification frameworks
  • Bonus if you've worked in platforms that centre trust, identity, or community

What You'll Own

  • Technical leadership and system architecture
  • Core backend engineering and infrastructure
  • Scoping and leading new feature development with design and product
  • Vetting and integrating APIs for verification, moderation, and user safety
  • Contributing to strategic decisions and investor conversations
  • Planning for future hiring and team structure
