Sales Assistant - Curtains, Shutters, Indoor and Outdoor Blinds

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our Sales Consultants and help deliver outstanding service to our clients.

In this role, you'll be an integral part of the sales process – preparing quotes, following up on leads and ensuring our clients receive timely communication and support. You'll work closely with the sales team to keep everything running smoothly, from first enquiry through to order completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate client quotes and proposals
  • Follow up leads and enquiries to support sales growth
  • Assist Sales Consultants with day-to-day tasks and administration
  • Maintain and update CRM records and client information
  • Provide excellent communication and customer service to clients

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM systems
  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service or administration is desirable
