Position

The FP&A Manager plays a pivotal strategic and analytical role, leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting for the construction business. This role works closely with senior operational leaders, project teams, and finance stakeholders to deliver financial insights that support informed decision-making. A key focus is on enhancing margin performance, optimising cash flow, and proactively identifying financial risks and opportunities.

Profile

The ideal candidate will hold tertiary qualifications in accounting and be CA or CPA qualified. They will have several years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance, preferably within the construction, infrastructure, or engineering sectors. Strong Excel skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency and exposure to financial modelling, are essential. Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, JD Edwards, or Oracle is also highly regarded.
