As part of our technology transformation, we're seeking a versatile Data Analyst to join our Data Management team within the Digital & Technology family. You'll play a pivotal role in enabling smarter decisions and delivering trusted business intelligence, supporting our digital north star ambition. You'll work closely with data owners, stewards, and technical teams to ensure the availability of trusted, well-managed data that supports business outcomes. You will also be responsible for the following:
- Leading and contributing to enterprise data management initiatives, including data quality, metadata, and reference data management.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data management KPIs and provide actionable insights.
- Supporting reporting, analysis, and automation projects to drive business value and improve decision-making.
- Conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve data errors, such as missing inputs, and working with relevant teams to address these issues.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across business and technology, including data engineers, to improve data transparency and governance.
- Assisting in the adoption and continuous improvement of data management practices, tools, and standards.
- Ensuring a positive team environment and proactively managing workplace wellbeing.

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and collaborative individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and is passionate about driving digital transformation through data.
In order to be successful, you will have the following:
- Strong SQL skills (essential), with proven experience in data analysis and visualisation (Power BI; Alteryx, Python a plus).
- Ability to design and build dashboards or reports to communicate insights and track key data metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct root cause analysis and resolve data quality issues.
- Experience working with data governance platforms and cloud environments (advantageous).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
