About the role:

As a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist at Macleay Options, you'll deliver personalised hydrotherapy programs to clients with disabilities, supporting their mobility, function, and well-being.

Working from our purpose-built hydrotherapy centre, you'll conduct assessments, run individual sessions, and help clients achieve their goals. You'll collaborate with families, support workers, and other professionals to provide person-centred, meaningful care.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individual and small-group hydrotherapy sessions for clients with disabilities.
  • Complete assessments and develop personalised treatment/exercise plans.
  • Monitor progress, adapt programs, and maintain accurate client records.

  • Collaborate with support staff, families, and other allied health professionals.

  • Ensure therapy services align with NDIS goals and Macleay Options' values.
