About the role:
As a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist at Macleay Options, you'll deliver personalised hydrotherapy programs to clients with disabilities, supporting their mobility, function, and well-being.
Working from our purpose-built hydrotherapy centre, you'll conduct assessments, run individual sessions, and help clients achieve their goals. You'll collaborate with families, support workers, and other professionals to provide person-centred, meaningful care.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and small-group hydrotherapy sessions for clients with disabilities.
- Complete assessments and develop personalised treatment/exercise plans.
- Monitor progress, adapt programs, and maintain accurate client records.
Collaborate with support staff, families, and other allied health professionals.
Ensure therapy services align with NDIS goals and Macleay Options' values.
Hours and Compensation:
