Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Bacchus Marsh, VIC, with some work from home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including clerical duties, phone responsibilities, and executive support. The role involves handling communications, maintaining office records, scheduling appointments, and providing overall assistance to the executive team.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Experience in the finance industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary are a plus
