Foreman / Site Manager | $5M Build | Mosman | 5 day working week |

A multiple award-winning, architecturally focused home builder with a strong pipeline of projects extending into 2026 is seeking a Foreman / Site Manager to join their team. The initial project is a $5M new-build home in Mosman, designed by a renowned architect. You will benefit from clear communication and support from the Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Leading Hand, and a skilled carpentry team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site
  • Ensure that all work is carried out safely, within budget and to a high standard
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure the project runs smoothly
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure that all workers comply with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor progress and report weekly to the Project Manager
  • Manage project schedules, budgets and resources
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the construction team

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience in Leading Hand / Site Management
  • Experience working on Architecturally designed homes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a construction project from start to finish
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of construction laws and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
