Assistant Educator

Trainee Educator
, you'll begin your journey toward becoming a qualified Early Childhood Educator by learning on the job in a supportive, hands-on environment. While studying towards your Certificate III, you'll help create fun, safe, and nurturing spaces where children can thrive. You'll be guided by experienced educators, build strong connections with children and families, and grow your skills every day as a valued part of the team.

What You'll Need

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
• Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
• Current Working with Children Check
• Excellent communication & leadership skills
• Experience with Storypark is a bonus
• First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
• No formal qualifications needed for Trainee applicants.
