About the Opportunity

We have an exciting Full Time opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic trainee in Business Administration for a motivated individual to join the team in our Brisbane office. The trainee will complete a Certificate III in Business Administration on a 12 month training contract. This role will be an entrance into a Business Administration career providing you on the job training in combination with our third party training organisation to achieve your Certificate III.

Your day-to-day will include

  • Answering phones, greeting visitors and assisting with general enquiries
  • Managing mail, supplies and keeping the office organised
  • Entering data, maintaining records and assisting with filing/scanning
  • Learning new systems and taking on more responsibilities as your skills develop
  • Pitching in and providing assistance to the administration team and others as required

  • Can communicate clearly and professionally

Qualifications and Experience

  • Year 12
  • Basic skill level in: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Drivers Licence
  • Own Vehicle
  • Some Experience in Administration would be an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise daily tasks
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
