About the Role

As a Blow Mould Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting continuous production and maintaining high operational standards. Working within a fast-paced team, you'll assist with machine operation, quality checks, and product handling to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing output.

Key Responsibilities

Support production operations, ensuring all products are manufactured and packed to specification.

Clear machine jams and maintain consistent line flow to maximise efficiency.

Monitor and report any machine performance issues to the shift supervisor.

Inspect, bag, and label finished products to meet quality and packaging standards.

Conduct regular product checks for dimensions, appearance, and counts.

Regrind scrap material as required using clean or waste regrind machines.

Record production and quality data accurately throughout each shift.

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment.

About You

Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic.

Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts in a team-based environment.

Mechanically minded, with basic technical aptitude or prior production experience (advantageous).

Committed to maintaining high quality, safety, and housekeeping standards.

Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn.
