We pride ourselves on fresh and delicious offerings while balancing lower carbon intensive menu options; The delivery of our services allows us to partner with clients and reducing the impact of the lounge operations on the planet.
The Position
- Work as the manager on duty overseeing all lounge services on shift
- Be the liaison between Compass Group and the client when required
- Be responsible for supervisors & team leaders, assigning tasks and ensuring service standards are adhered to
- Assist Key Account manager with rostering, daily and stock control as required
The Person
- Own reliable transport is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Safety mindset
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance.
- Contribute to the team with strong communication skills, high energy and a goal oriented focus
