The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in trade-based or field-service sales (plumbing preferred). In this role, you'll optimise conversion, build relationships, and drive revenue across both residential and commercial maintenance plumbing markets.

You'll be responsible for leading our sales function end-to-end, including team management, pipeline development, quoting frameworks, performance reporting, and partnering closely with operations.

  • Lead a high-performing sales team
  • Drive lead conversion outcomes
  • Oversee quoting, pricing and revenue optimisation across services
  • Build strong relationships with residential, commercial & strata clients
  • Partner with operations to ensure smooth delivery & customer experience
