Trainee Medical Receptionist

About the role:

We are looking for a keen, enthusiastic and customer focused Trainee Medical Receptionist.

You can be a school-leaver, re-entering the workforce or simply wishing to change careers. This role would be suitable for someone who is looking for an entry level position in administration.

As the receptionist, your duties will include:

  • Opening and closing clinic
  • Answering telephone calls and taking messages
  • Making patient bookings
  • Operating booking system
  • Patient billing and receipting
  • Liaising with practitioners regarding appointments, patient reports and documents
  • Scanning documents and data entry
  • Sterilising instruments
  • Cleaning of clinic
