Primary Aim of Position:
- To provide a high level of support to the team
- To provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation
- To ensure accuracy, consistency and punctuality in all work produced
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Greeting clients at the office with a "silver service" experience
- Liaising with clients via phone and email in a friendly, professional manner
- Accurate typing & data entry
- Maintaining & filing documentation
- Maintaining neatness & efficiency of the office
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working in a receptionist role is required
- Certificate III or higher in Property Services is highly regarded
- High level of customer service skills is essential - experience in a customer facing role (retail or hospitality)
- We value a corporate, polished appearance that reflects our professional brand
- Good level of computer literacy, familiar with the Microsoft suite of products
- High level of data entry accuracy
- Driver's licence is required
