Primary Aim of Position:

  • To provide a high level of support to the team
  • To provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation
  • To ensure accuracy, consistency and punctuality in all work produced

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Greeting clients at the office with a "silver service" experience
  • Liaising with clients via phone and email in a friendly, professional manner
  • Accurate typing & data entry
  • Maintaining & filing documentation
  • Maintaining neatness & efficiency of the office

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working in a receptionist role is required
  • Certificate III or higher in Property Services is highly regarded
  • High level of customer service skills is essential - experience in a customer facing role (retail or hospitality)
  • We value a corporate, polished appearance that reflects our professional brand
  • Good level of computer literacy, familiar with the Microsoft suite of products
  • High level of data entry accuracy
  • Driver's licence is required
