Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading dynamic hospitality teams? Joondalup Resort is seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to support our Hospitality operations in a stunning natural setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front-of-house staff across restaurant, bar, and event operations
  • Ensure smooth daily service and uphold Joondalup Resort's standards of excellence
  • Assist with staff training, rostering, and performance feedback
  • Manage guest enquiries and resolve service issues professionally
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to improve service delivery

About You

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Food and Beverage attendant in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for customer service and team development
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
  • Must be able to work standing for long periods of time
  • Physically capable of assisting with furniture movement and event setup as required
  • Work in other outlets when required.
  • RSA certification and knowledge of WA liquor licensing regulations
  • Approved Manager card
  • A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • First Aid certificate will be advantegous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.88 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
