Zenith Roof Restorations & Replacements Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing and expanding roofing company specialising in tile and metal roof repairs, restorations, replacements, and guttering services. With strong demand and a steady flow of leads, we are looking to recruit:

  • A qualified Manager to lead field operations, manage staff, and handle quoting as part of a broader leadership role.

Role Options

Manager – Roofing Operations Lead ($145,000 + bonuses)

For candidates with proven leadership and operational experience, this role includes quoting along with managing the team and ensuring project delivery. You'll liaise with clients, schedule staff, oversee works, process material orders, liaise with the director and help ensure business performance meets growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead quoting and sales efforts across all service lines
  • Schedule and manage roofing crews
  • Ensure job quality, safety compliance, and client satisfaction
  • Complete small repairs and make-safes where required
  • Drive operational performance and profitability

Who We're Looking For
  • Experienced roofer, roof plumber, carpenter or builder
  • Sales experience essential – must be capable of quoting and closing jobs
  • Presentable, professional, and well-spoken
  • Physically capable of safely accessing single and double-storey roofs
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and goal-driven
  • Bonus: Experience running your own business in roofing or construction
