We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our Cafe.

Must have the following qualities:

  • 1+ year experience to prepare and serve a variety of coffee, espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages following café recipes and standards.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all beverages meet the café's quality standards for taste, appearance, and consistency.
  • a high regard for customers and their experience with the brand
  • finds ease in engaging customers through friendly rapport, even in high pressure situations.
  • have the ability to thrive under pressure and to remain calm.
  • experience using a wide range of equipment including La Marzocco etc.
  • a desire to continuously learn, grow and progress with the company and industry.
  • a team member who is happy to jump in and help in other areas of the café as required.
  • Friendly and with positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week

Experience:

  • Barista: 2 years (Preferred)
