Full-Time Barista / Café All-Rounder – Connect 2 cafe, Norwest

We're looking for an experienced, energetic, and reliable Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our friendly team at Connect 2 Café in Norwest.

If you take pride in great coffee, professional service, and love a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you


About the Role

You'll be part of a close-knit team serving a mix of corporate regulars and new customers daily.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing consistently high-quality coffee and beverages

Providing friendly, professional customer service

Remembering our regulars' orders and maintaining great relationships

Assisting with food prep, POS operation, and general café duties

Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Working efficiently during busy rush hours with a positive attitude


About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Fast, reliable, and proactive under pressure

Experienced in specialty coffee and café operations (minimum 1 year preferred)

Friendly, professional, and team-oriented

Able to communicate clearly and fluently in English

Has excellent memory and attention to detail

Holds basic food handling knowledge / certificate

Ideally has their own car for easy commute to Norwest
