Synergie Australia is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanical Fitter for one of our valued clients located in Milperra. This is a great opportunity for a trade-qualified fitter to join a stable and safety-driven team in a well-equipped workshop environment.

• Competitive hourly rate + superannuation
• Monday to Friday, full-time hours

• Workshop-based role – no site travel required
• Supportive team environment with ongoing training

• Assemble, maintain, and service mechanical equipment including pumps and valves
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical faults
• Strip and rebuild components with high attention to detail
• Operate workshop machinery and hand tools
• Complete job documentation and follow safety procedures

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or Fitter and Turner
• Experience working with pumps or rotating equipment is highly regarded
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety awareness
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or in a team

• Basic welding/fabrication experience
• Familiarity with performance testing procedures
