About Tabcorp
Tabcorp is Australia's leading gambling entertainment company, home to world-class brands including TAB, Sky Racing, and MAX. It's an exciting moment in our history – a new era for Tabcorp. We're delivering industry-leading products and services, leading with integrity, and creating value for our customers, shareholders, and industry partners as we expand into new horizons.
About the Role
If you're motivated, analytical, and ready to take the next step in your career, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for
As a Real Time Analyst in our Customer Service Centre, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly — monitoring live data, responding to changes, and supporting our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. It's a dynamic role where you'll learn fast, work with great people, and see the direct impact of your decisions every day.
Specifically, you will:
- Monitor contact centre performance and adjust resources in real time to meet customer demand
- Analyse data and anticipate challenges to help maintain service levels
- Support forecasting, scheduling, and workforce optimisation activities
- Contribute ideas and insights to improve processes and efficiency
- Manage key administrative processes including shift swaps, leave approvals, and absence tracking
About You
You're curious, proactive, and eager to learn. You enjoy solving problems, working with data, and helping a team perform at its best. You might have experience in a contact centre, scheduling, or similar role — or you may be looking to apply your analytical skills in a new way. Either way, your motivation, attention to detail, and teamwork will set you up for success.
You'll also bring:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Excel (and a willingness to learn new systems and tools)
- Great communication and collaboration skills
- An eye for trends and the confidence to act on data-driven insights
- A continuous improvement mindset and enthusiasm to grow in a fast-paced environment
What You'll Get
You'll gain exposure to workforce management systems, service performance analytics, and large-scale operations — an excellent foundation for career growth in data, analytics, or operations management.
You'll also receive:
- A variety of leave options including cultural, volunteer, flexi, and 18-weeks' parental leave
- Access to our health and wellbeing app and Employee Assistance Program
- Monthly social events, competitions, recognition awards, and complimentary event tickets
- Continuous learning through digital modules and professional development opportunities
- A culture built on integrity, inclusion, and respect – where your ideas are heard and your contribution recognised
