We're on the hunt for skilled Excavator, Grader, Dump Truck, and Roller Operators for ongoing civil projects all across Sydney.

About the Role:

  • Full-time hours + Over Time, ongoing work on a range of civil infrastructure projects around Sydney

  • Locations vary, with flexibility to work near your home base

  • Must have in-date tickets/certifications and proven machine operating experience

  • Competitive rates and excellent working conditions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Excavators, Graders, Dump Trucks, and Rollers safely and efficiently

  • Ensure equipment is maintained and operated in compliance with safety regulations

  • Work collaboratively with other crew members to meet project deadlines

  • Follow project specifications and plans accurately

  • Maintain a high standard of work and uphold company safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid in-date tickets for Excavators, Graders, Dump Trucks, and Rollers

  • Proven experience operating machinery in civil construction projects

  • Strong commitment to safety and quality of work

  • Ability to work across various sites around Sydney with flexibility on location

  • Reliable and hardworking attitude

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
