Purchasing Administrator – Invoicing & Data Entry Focus
At Vitalus, we're passionate about natural health and proud to supply premium products to retailers across Australia. We're seeking a Purchasing Administrator who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
The role is based at our North Ryde office, offering on-site parking and convenient access via public transport or shuttle bus. From time to time, you may also be required to work at our Chullora warehouse, which also provides on-site parking.
About Vitalus
Vitalus was recently formed through the merger of two renowned and long-standing health food distribution companies: Global By Nature and Complete Health Products. Together, we have become a leader in the health food grocery distribution industry, servicing thousands of customers along the Eastern Seaboard of Australia and representing over 250 brands, 5000 skus, with offices and warehouse sites in QLD and NSW and staff across all three states.
About the role
This role is heavily focused on invoicing and data entry, with a strong link to accounts payable. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and receipting high-volume supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements to ensure accuracy
- Liaising with the warehouse team on deliveries and stock receipting
- Maintaining supplier records and databases
- Supporting purchasing and finance with admin tasks as required
About you
You're the type of person who gets satisfaction from getting the details right. You'll bring:
- Previous experience in accounts payable / purchasing admin
- Love for data entry and numbers, with high accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Confidence communicating with suppliers and internal teams
