Construction Supervisor

Wright Choice Homes is a fast-growing construction company specialising in transportable modular homes. For the past three years, we've been delivering high-quality homes and with strong growth and a busy pipeline of projects, we're now seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team.

All homes are constructed at our main depot in Caboolture. We work in partnership with our sister company, Queensland House Removers, who manage the transportation and relocation of completed homes to their sites.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day management of our builds. You'll lead and motivate a skilled team, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Position does not involve customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and coordinate the construction of modular homes within set budgets and timeframes.

· Supervise, engage, and support staff, trades, and subcontractors while maintaining strong working relationships.

· Organise and order building materials.

· Ensure the depot is maintained to a high standard of tidiness and safety, with strict adherence to safe work practices.

· Review and approve invoices.

· Ensure homes are fully completed to customer satisfaction at handover.

· Use computers and mobile devices effectively for scheduling, reporting, and record-keeping.

Skills & Experience

· Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor with a carpentry background.

· Minimum 5-10 years of construction supervision experience with trade certification in carpentry.

· Experience with Buildxact project management software

· Experience with Buildxact project management software is preferred, however training will be provided for the right candidate.

· Strong knowledge of residential construction practices.

· Ability to manage multiple homes/projects simultaneously.

· Commitment to safe working practices and WHS compliance.

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Reliable, honest, and looking for a long-term role within a growing company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $131,172.30 per year
