Bookkeeper / Office Administrator – Part Time

We're a small, friendly team looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to keep our books and office running smoothly.
The Role (2–3 days per week, 8am–4:30pm):
- Bookkeeping with MYOB AccountRight & Xero
• __Accounts Payable/Receivable, banking & reconciliations
• __Payroll, invoicing & EOFY support
• __Rental property admin (ledgers, tenant emails)
• __General office support & customer enquiries
What We're After:
- __4+ years bookkeeping experience (preferred)
• __Confident with MYOB & Xero
• __Organised, accurate & proactive
• __Strong communicator with a team‑first attitude
• __Experience in manufacturing or property management a bonus
