**About The Role**

In this full-time position you will assist our Finance team in bookkeeping activities and administrative tasks allowing for the successful and efficient operation of our day-to-day business.

In this role, you will support in several key functions including, but not limited to:

- Perform daily supplier invoice entry in addition to credit notes.
- Regular maintenance of recurring weekly and monthly payments
- Processing invoices for payment via EFT/internet banking, cheque, and credit card
- Reconciliation of corporate credit cards
- Assist the Financial Accountant with cash flow forecasting as required
- Setting up new suppliers in the system whilst maintaining existing ones
- Monitoring and controlling corporate credit card expenditure.
- Reconciling supplier statements at the end of each month
- Respond to suppliers’ queries in a timely manner
- Maintenance of filing records for suppliers
- Assist in accounts receivable
- Assist with payroll
- Undertake general administrative tasks as required
